Device/Service Dependencies and SNMP Traps

I would very much like it if Lithium supported device and/or service dependencies. For example, if my Lithium Core server is monitoring an Xserve on a separate subnet (via a router), I would like to make the Xserve and its processes and services dependent on the availability of the router, to avoid having to sift through a lot of false positives on my server.

I would also love to have access to SNMP traps.
